According to the government order, a copy of which lies with the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) reads that the vacation shall be observer from December-21 to February-21 2021. “The government educational institutions including recognized private schools upto higher secondary level functioning in the Kashmir division and winter zones of Jammu division shall observer winter vacations from December-21 to February-28, 2021,” it reads.
